Our sophisticated spinning process transforms premium raw cotton into high-quality yarn through a series of carefully controlled stages, ensuring consistency and excellence in every strand.
Raw cotton bales are opened, cleaned, and blended to remove impurities and ensure consistent fiber quality. This stage prepares the cotton for further processing.
Fibers are separated, aligned, and formed into a continuous web called 'sliver'. This process removes short fibers and remaining impurities.
Multiple slivers are combined, drawn out, and parallelized to improve evenness and create a more uniform strand.
The drawn sliver is further attenuated and given a slight twist to form roving, which is wound onto bobbins for the spinning process.
Roving is spun into yarn using ring spinning frames, where it receives the final twist and is wound onto cones or cheeses.
Finished yarn is wound onto appropriate packages, inspected for quality, and prepared for shipment with proper packaging.
